I had studied Fine Art in College but soon found that I could not commit to matriculation. I innately knew that I wanted the knowledge that you can't get in College. So, shortly after that, I began studying Self-Knowledge, Truth and Consciousness with Master Teacher, Prem Rawat. My connection with Prem is ongoing.

You'll learn to use your 'Sense of Feeling,' to heal. As you do, the nature of your own energy will become obvious to you in ways that you never recognized before.

You will begin to recognize and know your body’s signals of ease and “dis-ease.” (I'm referring to lack of ease, not sickness). If you are not completely in your body, or if you have discomfort in any way, that in itself is telling you something needs correcting. (We can delegate body sensation to our subconscious and even other realms). You'll learn to get in touch with that intelligence.

More than we realize, our personal history can cause our body to hold onto or impede the flow of our energy. Over the course of time, you will become familiar with your innate capability to heal because you'll gain familiarity with the nature of your own unique energy. You'll get accustomed to letting go of your resistance more easily, which is essential for healing.

As you heal, your Spirit-Self will come back more fully. You’ll come to understand the job each of the human components of body, soul and spirit have to keep you on your path. You are coming into alignment with your true nature which brings you such gifts as mental, emotional, pychological and sociological clarity and true hope. You will developed an understanding of such things as what the meaning of choice is, the true dignity in of a human being. and how precious your life really is. All things become possible.
